Refund and cancellation policy

Our consulting work is scoped before it begins. This policy explains how refunds are handled for workshops, audits, analyses, and advisory engagements.

Before work begins

Unless a proposal states otherwise, you may cancel within 3 business days of accepting it for a full refund of amounts paid, provided no workshop, data review, setup, or other work has started. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Deposits and work already started

Deposits reserve capacity and fund initial preparation. Once work starts, completed hours, scheduled sessions inside the cancellation window, and non-recoverable project costs are not refundable. If you cancel a partially completed engagement, we will itemise work performed and refund any prepaid balance above that amount.

Workshops, cancellation, and no-shows

You may reschedule a workshop once without charge by giving at least 3 business days’ notice. Later cancellation or a no-show may be charged up to the workshop fee because the reserved time cannot reliably be reassigned. If we must cancel, you may choose a new date or a full refund for the affected session.

Purchased materials and third-party costs

Pre-approved, non-recoverable purchases made specifically for an engagement—such as paid data exports or specialist access—are not refundable after purchase. We do not add such costs without written approval.

Quality concerns and exceptions

Tell us within 10 business days of a deliverable if it materially differs from the agreed scope. We will first correct or complete the work within a reasonable period. If we cannot do so, a full or partial refund may be offered for the affected portion. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

How refunds are requested

Email hello@connector-routepoint.digital with the project name, invoice number, reason, and relevant dates. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and normally decide them within 7. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days; bank processing may take additional time.
